Ron Moody brings more than 45 years of experience appraising many types of real estate and solving complex appraisal problems. He is active in the Appraisal Institute having the MAI (Member of Appraisal Institute) and the SRA (Senior Residential Appraiser) designations of the Appraisal Institute.
Bolina (Bo) Kol
Senior Appraiser / Analyst
Bo Kol has been actively appraising real estate for the last 20 years (formerly with Broom, Moody, Johnson & Grainger, Inc.) and has appraised a wide variety of commercial and industrial properties together with special purpose utilizations and a heavy concentration in eminent domain type appraisals.
Brian Hall has been actively appraising properties for 14 years (formerly with Broom Moody Johnson & Grainger) and has an extensive background in a wide variety of commercial and industrial facilities, special purpose utilization and a heavy concentration in eminent domain type appraisals. He is also well versed in residential appraising and has served as a senior review appraiser with a national title company.
Blake Moody brings 18 years experience with a specialty in residential appraisals including single-family, duplexes and apartments. He started his career as a staff appraiser (1999) while attending the University of North Florida.
Chad Rogers, MAI
Chad Rogers has 19 years of real estate valuation experience as a commercial real estate appraiser and real estate analyst. He holds the MAI designation of the Appraisal Institute. He has appraised a diverse range of commercial and industrial properties and has an extensive background in the appraisal of large land tracts and investment-grade timberland.
For 20 years Lynne has been an Executive Assistant to Ron Moody, MAI, SRA, who appraises a wide variety of commercial, industrial, residential and special purpose properties and who also specializes in condemnation appraisal assignments and other complex litigation work. Her administrative skills from the field of law (4 years) and engineering (8.5 years) have enhanced her ability in technical reviews of complicated appraisal reports and assisted in understanding the language and deadlines required by attorneys in the appraisal process for eminent domain properties.
Mary Moody is currently the receptionist for the Moody Appraisal Group of Jacksonville, Florida with a primary focus on managing the Residential Appraisal Division. Her communication and personal relationship skills along with her follow thru and attention to detail, make her a real asset to the organization.
Director of Research
Greg Steele is currently serving as Director of Research for the Moody Appraisal Group of Jacksonville, FL. He has 17 years of experience in corporate America with a variety of customer service and technical roles including 9 years in default mortgage servicing, with 2 specifically in quality assurance and review. He is skilled in data review and analysis, communication of ideas, and brings a diverse knowledge set to the team.
